What DPI should I choose?
144 DPI is a good default: roughly twice screen resolution, crisp on retina displays. Use 216 DPI or more if the images will be printed.
JPG or PNG?
PNG is lossless and keeps text razor-sharp but produces larger files. JPG compresses photographs well. Both are generated locally.
Do you convert only the first page?
