Why we exist

Every mainstream online PDF tool works the same way: you upload your contract, invoice, ID scan or medical record to somebody else's server, wait in a queue, and hope it gets deleted. For millions of documents every day, that is unnecessary risk.

PDFden takes a different path: everything happens inside your browser. Your files are read into memory, processed with JavaScript, and handed straight back to you. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, nothing is logged. You can even disconnect from the internet after the page loads and keep working.

How it works

The tools are built on battle-tested open-source libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js) compiled to run client-side. Because there is no processing server, the site is fast, free, and cheap to operate — which is why it can stay free without watermarks or artificial limits.
