Frequently asked questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. PDFden merges PDFs with JavaScript running inside your browser tab. The bytes never leave your device, which makes it safe for contracts, invoices and IDs.
Is there a file count or size limit?
No server means no arbitrary limit. The practical ceiling is your device memory — dozens of large PDFs work fine on any modern computer.
Will bookmarks and form fields survive the merge?
All pages, text, images and annotations of every document are copied into the merged file. Outlines (bookmarks) from the originals are not carried over.
