How to add page numbers

Can numbering start at a number other than 1?
Yes — set “Start numbering at” to any value, useful when this document continues another one.
Will the numbers overlap my content?
Numbers are stamped 28pt from the edge at a small size. If a page has content in that corner, pick another position or reduce the font size.
Which font is used?
Helvetica, embedded in the output file, so the numbers look identical in every PDF viewer.
